Human rights may have been enshrined in a United Nations declaration in 1948, but they are also the moors and norms meant to frame how we interact with one another both on an individual and on a societal level. From war crimes to access to water, share your media on human rights here.
Heroin addict Dean Wilson and community activist Ann Livingston lead an unpredictable crew of street addicts into the Vancouver legislator to demand that city councillors open North America's first safe injection site for drug users. The mayor of the city, Phillip Owen, understands their plight and takes a trip down to the Downtown Eastside to see for himself. For more info
These people have bought into the belief that they are victims of "supposed" wrongdoings by society.
What a crock of sh$t. None of us has a perfect upbringing, and we all struggle; however, do not blame society for your choice to do drugs and to stay in that cycle.

As a recovering addict myself, I believe that it would be benificial for safe-injection sites for intravaneous users, so they do not contract diseases like HIV/AIDS etc. However, there should be more options for drug treatment as well for those who want to get sober.
Why should someone change the laws because some people are not that smart and start doing drugs? It is not fair, we have bigger problems to handle like poverty and they are thinking about making heroin addicts happy people.
This is a very wrong idea. What will be next? To make heroin and other drugs legal? If someone wont to nothing about this, then I think that the world is going in the wrong place.
What are the possible arguments to make the major to approve that? When it comes to drugs safety and prevention should be top priorities. Drug treatment
