Share
Since 1996, the Media Awareness Network has been pioneering the development of media literacy and digital literacy programs. They focus their efforts on equipping adults with information and tools to help young people understand how the media work, how the media may affect their lifestyle choices and the extent to which they, as consumers and citizens, are being well informed.

Thanks for shedding light on it and how it illustrates a flawed sales process. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen? I’d truly appreciate it. My blog has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. craftmatic

MyWorld is the only entry from North America to be awarded this recognition. The 2011 awards were announced in Brussels on November 24.

It is a very commendable job that the Media Awareness Network is doing taking up the responsibility of educating adults about how the media work. Such programs help people to become more aware of what’s happening around them and give them so much exposure of the events happening around them!! I hope more and more organizations come up with such innovative programs to educate the public so that we will have a more educated and well-informed community!!
