CIVICUS is a worldwide community of informed, inspired, committed citizens engaged in confronting the challenges facing humanity.

This year the CIVICUS World Assembly returns to Canada after 9 years. Montreal will host the next 3 World Assemblies from 2010-2012, the first of which will take place from 20-23 August this year. This year's general theme is "Acting Together for a Just World".

CIVICUS is a worldwide community of informed, inspired, committed citizens engaged in confronting the challenges facing humanity.

This space is for citizens and organizations who want to share images, videos, audio pieces or articles relevant to the World Assembly.Now it's your turn to speak!

The CIVICUS Youth ASsembly was held a few days before the CIVICUS World Assembly in August 2010 in the Palais des Congrès, Montreal. Three themes were being discussed: Economic Justice, Climate Justice, and Aid Effectiveness.
