I'm a young professional in Toronto, Canada looking to give back. I'm looking to volunteer specifically with children infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Does anyone know where I should be looking within Toronto to do this type of volunteer work?

I'm a young professional in Toronto, Canada looking to give back. I'm looking to volunteer specifically with children infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Does anyone know where I should be looking within Toronto to do this type of volunteer work?
Thanks,
