The Internet is under siege!

Just at this critical moment in history, as journalists, bloggers and media activists have reclaimed channels of communication via the Web, governments and mega corporations are trying to repossess these very networks. Nonetheless, autonomous media makers continue in their struggle to change the media landscape and amplify the voices of people and groups who usually do not have access to the mainstream media.

Movements toward opened access, copyleft, hacktivism and net neutrality are examined through this volatile issue.
